Yeah, but my worry is that as we've already dropped out of one big transfer, we're fearful of doing the same with the others - Due to the fact we'd look ever so slightly silly, and there would only be limited options left.

That makes no sense whatsoever. If you want up to date info on the Adebayor deal you either scroll through the thread or read the up to date info on the "transfer update" thread made a sticky not clog the board up with shite because your too fucking lazy to do either of the above.
