I don't think that Phil Smith is his agent, but someone closely involved in the deal.

He was adamant that all personal details where agreed and no other club was involved.

So like the bullshit rag story, I am inclined to think this is nonsense by the Mail.

The Daily Mail do however seem to be the one paper who relate to City and this would back up why MH last night stated talks were are at an advanced stage and tonight refuses to discuss the issue!

Yes but they do still post shite, just like any other paper. After listening to the guy on talksport I do think he will sign for us.
