One reason Chelsea won't be in for Adebayor: Drogba.

And as for giving Moyes Nedum - I think not! Makes me laugh that some Everton fans think that's a genuine possibility, the word deluded springs to mind.

The interview was just on.

He doesn't want to come to leave. How anyone could listen to that and be positive about the move is crazy. The people positng earlier saying IT'S DONE 100% his agent said on talkSport are deluded.

It was very downbeat. Ade is gutted Arsenal have agreed to sell him in this way.

He basically said that other clubs WILL be involved soon enough aswell.

I think he listened to a different interview to the one I heard.

City clearly aren't Adebayor's first choice (shock, horror!) but I still think it will get done. 80:20 in City's favour I reckon.

Some of these footballers do make me laugh. He was the one who was looking for the move last year by constantly mentioning barca and AC Milan.

Having listened to that it doesnt sound like he is bursting with enthusiasm about the deal. Lets just see what happens like everything.

IMO I would say a 4/10 chance.

I get the impression once he comes to terms with leaving Arsenal he will see what else presents itself.

You could just tell from the guys tone that this was at best 20/80 for City. Ade didn't think he was leaving and if he did he expected to go abroad.

No matter what anyone says of course he's going to be hoping someone like Milan come in for him. If they don't then Chelsea might and probably will. That will at least mean he doesn't have to leave London.

Basically City's only chance is if no other offers come in for him.

I'm positive that if he did still come due to no more offers that he could re-focus and accept City, come to love it but that's a BIG IF.
