Listening to talk..... again repeating interview with his agent again, not about money, already agreed along with work permit all about leaving arsenal not about coming to city.

When the lad gets here, hopefully he does, and he lines up next to Robinho and Tevez, I think hell find he made the right decision. With those two playing off him he will be a much better player.

And then he'll look back at our defence & think " fcuk me, we're gonna have to score 6 goals just to get a draw"

Adebayor is one of the best strikers in the Premiership, if not the best, because of his age and goals. Only Torres can rival him.

Would be City's biggest ever signing. Ih he signs it will propel us into the reckoning for the top 4. Very few players could have that effect.

Agreee^^^ I just hope the lad signs, I think he will, he probably was a bit shocked at the sudden advance of City and I am confident he will be here by the end of the weekend.

Your totally right.... cant believe some kids on here think the guy is shit. If we dont get him then who do you bastards want?????? I completely agree, however im just surprised he is now back training at Arsenal, I have a horrid feeling that now he is coming to terms that he is leaving he will wait and see what else is out there.

I completely agree, however im just surprised he is now back training at Arsenal, I have a horrid feeling that now he is coming to terms that he is leaving he will wait and see what else is out there.

Would love us to land him,obviously,but its not that surprising that he's training with the club who employ him and pay his wages.
Until any transfer is agreed,he is under contract to Arsenal,and I would rather he stayed fit by working with quality players there than sat on his arse twiddling his thumbs.
And lets be honest - what exactly is wrong with a player looking around for the best package?
We do it when looking for a job,yet when footballers' do the same,they get called greedy bastards who lack commitment.
