Adebayor

Dzeko's scored 19 to Adebayor's 18, so no.

Adebayor scored less goals in more games and was caught offside more than any other player in the league. He is a good player, but Dzeko is in my opinion a better player with a better team mentality and attitude.

He wanted to fuck off.
We wanted him to fuck off.
He fucked off then slagged us off.
We moved on without him and won the FA Cup and the Premier League.
No way on earth should we have him back.
It would be a retrograde step, as we want players who will improve the squad -that's why it won't happen. He's no better than those who are already in place and has already proved himself to be a liability - unreliable on the pitch, and difficult off it.

Totally agree - don't want him back.

Adebayor got much longer runs of games more often compared to Dzeko who ended up a bit part player. Dzeko done excellent at the beginning, it was no surprise his form later faded as he was often rotated.

Dzeko IN Adebayor OUT.

Dzeko already plays for us.

Spurs never had the depth in quality to rotate him and, thus, his ego could be placated by his being played more regularly. He'd never stomach being benched, and while I know he may come back to bite the hand one day, I prefer our current and other options.

In the PL Ade scored 17 goals (incl. 5 penalties) in 2830 minutes, i.e. he was the main Spurs striker (1 goal per 166 minutes).
Dzeko scored 14 (0 penalties) in 1508 minutes on the pitch (1 goal per 108 minutes).

Uhm.

Ade did have more assists, though.

THIS! Big Ed any day of the week!

No. If you watch the Spurs games he seems to waste so many chances to the ones he actually scores. Plus he hates us anyway.
