I wouldn't have thought so, it'll be standard practice for him to be paid the difference between his City wage for what would have been the remainder of his contract, and agreed new Spurs wage for the same period in one lump sum. Then it doesn't technically impact the 'wage structure' because it doesn't change what the club outlays in regular wages, and any other players making a fuss and citing Ade can just be told it was due to the costs involved in his transfer and brushed off like that.
