Re: Adebayor

thinks he is being clever
leave him till sept when the window is shut and let him rot
spuds giving him 100k and signing on fee and he still wants more
read paul lake book and when you see some professionals like adebayor, it makes me sick.

Re: Adebayor

Although I'd love to see the back of him permanently, it's not the end of the world if he just gets fucked off on loan again - we get a 2/3mil loan fee and someone pays between 80/100k per week of his wages for a year, not too dissimilar from the impact a permanent sale would have.

edit....meant to say that at least we can get something for him, the proper deadwood is shite like Bridge and Roque who actually cost us serious dough without contributing fuck all, at least Ade can still play the game at a decent standard, just not for us.

This. I've nothing against Ade it's just a fact he can't work with Mancini same as Bellamy. RSC has contributed nothing and is taking us for a ride not even trying when fit. RSC gets away with it as he is deemed a nice bloke. I'd rather have Ade moaning about not being in the first team than RSC happy to pick up his huge wages and not say anything.

Ultimately it's about contribution and Ade did contribute. Most of our squad do. RSC never did and I'm not sure Savic will.

Re: Adebayor

According to a couple of websites, AVB is going to move onto new targets as the Ade deal has collapsed.

Falcao and Cavani.

Too small-time for Spurs, Messi and Ronaldo are more realistic.

Re: Adebayor

Cavani is a terrible striker, Defoe is miles better.

As for Falcao, He is decent but I would prefer Bale being given the "Messi Role" so he can run around and tear apart defences.
