I bought a pair of Clarks XTR Lite shoes in the sale in Century 21 in New York and they are the comfiest pair of shoes I have ever owned - wish I'd bought 5 pairs - lol

Too right Clarkes are the daddies when it comes to boots.

Just because it's not trendy doesn't mean that it's not decent.

M&S quality, fit and style is really good at the mo' - they always used to be a brand for 'dressers'/casuals/perrys but did go downhill but they are back up there now.

Have you tried Wood on Oldham Street - there's a couple of other second hand shops around the N1/4 that have a fair selection in, it's definately worth a browse.

I didn't think there were many on this site into their clothing, which shocked me as City were always well turned out so it's good to know there are a few at least.
