Adnan Januzaj

Looks like Manchester United will loan him out next month.

While he may not be a world beater yet if he's for sale we should definitely look at him, homegrown 19 year old tricky left winger who will more than likely become world class in a couple of years seems like the kind of player it would be worth us paying for.

Said this before but never really understood the hype. He's a decent young player but nothing about him stands out as extraordinary or meets the hype. If he didn't play for United he'd probably be rated in the £8m-£10m bracket and linked with Napoli or someone. There are many young players around Europe who seem more involved when they play.

Agree with this.

He's a good young player, but people were talking about Januzaj as if he was certain to become world class. Never understood that personally.

I think Man U fans wanted anything to latch on last season to get away from their nightmare season so they latched on to him and played him up as their future savior, which was terribly unfair. He's certainly talented but I'm at a loss as to why he wasn't sent on loan much earlier. He needs matches to develop and playing 1 in 5 is doing nothing to develop him. He does have quite a bit in his locker moreso than most.

Obviously we'd need to stop the diving before anything else. But he's a top top talent. Why do you think he's been nominated for the golden boy award and even the BBC young sports personality of the year? Because he plays for United? Will be world class soon without a doubt

As some band or other once sang? How soon is now?
He played one good game, came on as a sub against Slumberland and scored two goals - and on the back of that was wanked over by the media, demanding he choose England and nominated for young bod of the year by the BBC as mentioned. He was nearly given a Knighthood!
What has Yanners Eye done since?
Don't believe the hype

He played one good game, came on as a sub against Slumberland and WHILE COMPLETELY UNMARKED scored two goals - and on the back of that was wanked over by the media, demanding he choose England and nominated for young bod of the year by the BBC as mentioned. He was nearly given a Knighthood!

So isnt that a skill - if Aguero scored when he was completely unmarked wouldnt you say he found space himself?

Appreciate this may not be popular, but should he be a target for us. Tactical turtle doesn't rate him clearly...but surely that's a positive. Young, direct, and virtually dragged our near neighbours through at times last year. A similar, and cheaper, version of Raheem Sterling?
