He's not a tool. I doubt there's very much he ever says on air that he actually believes. He just says things to get people to phone or text in through sheer outrageousness of his comments.
Calls + texts = £€$! for talkSPORT. Simple as that.

100% true. He looks for something outrageous to say in the hope fans will ring to argue.He then puts them down with statements/questions that he believes proves his point and if it seems you are getting the better of him he cuts you off,usually by butting in and then not letting you back on air.

Have to agree he is good at what he does in getting people wound up.

The only time I choose to listen to TalkSport is for Danny Kelly or sometimes Collymore and Saggers on a Monday Night. I only listen to the phone in shows for the views of other fans. It's idiot radio otherwise and all their genuine talent has left.
