Looks like Sunderland and Wolves are fooked.

Holy shit, that is insane from Sunderland. Have to question some of their signings knowing this would be the case.

As it happens, they probably wont have a major problem as they've already got themselves enough of a margin to have a major wobble and still be comfortable but they wouldnt have known that going into the season.

Imagine if they have even a minor injury list on top of that. They might be struggling to field a team

How long does this shite tournament last?
It’s not a "shit tournament".

It’s the equivalent of the Euros, and therefore a very important part of the African and international football calendar.

To denigrate it in such a way shows complete ignorance.

The top teams won't be affected that much.

It's the bottom half teams worried about relegation that will be concerned the most. A few key players away over a 4 week period could see a team go from 10th to 17th pretty quickly. Especially considering how tight the league is this year.

Hopefully 7th (at present) to 17th (or lower)

One wonders whether Sunderland were completely au fait with the implications of their squad building. Odd.

Surely Burnley won't lose Hannibal Mejbri to a call up from Tunisia. He's football's equivalent to Hannibal Lecter, but with reduced talent.

They're 4th in the table and not too far off already being safe from relegation so they'd probably have taken that!

It's not just this tournament, I also think the world cup and euros are shite, I'm only interested in the Premier League.
And that goes for you @Uncle Wally One Ball, @gray740
So there...
