So if Kun does get banned, who will take the two penalties we are awarded at the swamp ?
You got blue tinted specs on there.. Know what you mean though, there was an element of play acting there was an element of just swinging his arm blindly and he didn't even hit in the face. Hope it is all taken into accountAnyone who's played the game will know that if you get pushed from behind your arms will instinctively go up to stay on your feet. Quite clear that is what happened here, plus, from front on, you can see their is very little if any contact with Reid. Clearly Reid's play acting doesn't help with perception of what's happened.
There are so many other angles why Aguero should get off this trumped up charge.
That is bang on as well and a great point. You can tell by the players reactions for virtually all flash points. There was nothing from the Wham players. What was most telling for me is that no West Ham Player or touchline staff appealed and play carried out without reaction until Reid went to ground.
So IMO it was a coming together with no violent conduct charge to answer.
The most I would accept as justified would be yellow cards for each of Aquero and Reid for grappling and the would still be harsh on Sergio as Reid was the initial aggressor.
It's not an appeal.Could any prospective ban be increased if the FA deem the appeal to be frivolous?
