Aguero banned for three games (updated)

Sergio deserves the ban for the intent he also deserves a fine from City for letting the team down.

Marriner also deserves a 3 game ban and a fine for looking in the direction of the incident and seeing nothing.

Both have been unprofessional.

Okay maybe not then but if we as fans do this it would put the f.a on notice that we as a fan bass are sick of there collusion against us as a club....it would take militant fan action against the f.a and say its building's and places of work maybe( not saying we should just thinking out loud) if they ever shaft us again, I know a lot on here just can not be arsed with this and just lets get on with it and beat the rags..... But we could use this as a call to arms say against those in English football that want to say us back on our arses
....stranger things have happened..
The media know there's something to pick at here. next time there's a Man Utd player involved in such an incident it will get covered because it's now the type of story that gets interest. It will rebound on them. I predict in 12 months, the disciplinary procedure will get revamped. It's been abused here, and everyone knows it.....regardless of whether you think Aguero should have been red carded at the time.

Fuck me fella this post epitomises your username.
Clap clap clap.

Out of interest here, have the FA ever "charged" a player before and then found them not guilty or is it literally a complete and utter stitch up every single time?

Yes Kun shouldn't have swung his elbow like he did even though he made no contact but so far this season we have seen several instances of over the top tackles, showing intent if you like and they have not warranted the same trial by media or reaction from a piss poor governing body of our sport. Even the challenge with Reid involved his fist landing in the side of Kuns head yet nothing said?

On the plus side, we have the worlds best manager and we have goals a plenty in this side and a plan will be made.

Fuck the FA and fuck their dishonest officials!

Aguero was never going to get away with it, the challenge was a red card and I am somewhat disappointed that the club ever challenged the decision. Rag café are having a field day as they think it is a forgone conclusion that Aguero's omission means that they are going to turn us over.
We were fully entitled to challenge it as if you bother to examine the incident closely you will see that little contact was made and it was a yellow at most but hey just inform yourself over on the dark side.

Put it in the memory, and we'll use it on them in future. Enough of an issue has been made for the media to take it up the next time a Utd player comes under scrutiny
Look at the newspapers from May 1. Felliani was widely condemned (as was Huth) in the papers and on Sky and he got a retrospective 3 match ban.
Others to get the same include: Delli Alli, Mousa Dembele, Connor Wickham, Diego Costa (twice), Luis Suarez, Martin Skertel, Greg Halford, Bastien Schweinsteiger, Andy Wilkinson (elbowing Balotelli), Charlie Adam. And Rooney got banned for swearing down the camera and missed the semi final against us in 2011. Seems it's not just about City.

Never mind what other players get away with, it was violent conduct and Aguero let himself down and more importantly the club. What I do not understand is the mentality of folks on here that believe it will have a major impact on the outcome of the game against the rags. Pep has over a week to plan his strategy and I will back him against Maureen any day of the week. Yaya to come on as sub and score a late winner that would shut all the fuckin journo's.
Don't agree it was violent conduct but it was careless and if we lose the game which I fear we might it will be interesting to see who will get the blame on here.

Are we supposed to just carry on believing these refs are just incompetent?
I'm sick to death of erroneous rules open to different interpretations, bored of refs using their discretion and applying the laws of the game how they see fit. They should just apply the laws of the game to the letter. Yellow card tackle in the first few minutes - get the card out and apply the fucking rules. This is why there has been so much resistance to bring in technology from the governing bodies - they take all of the human influence out of the equation. When was the last time a goal was disallowed for not crossing the goal line fully?....
