Anything defo on his injury?
So why didn't he send him off? Particularly as the refs are in cahoots with the media, the FA and the PL to stop City at all costs.......

Easy because he did see it and didn't feel it worthy of anything. Then as you quite rightly said then media got hold and the FA which is ran by a rag director persuaded him to pretend not to have seen it.So why didn't he send him off? Again I ask if they are now allowed to re referee games as I thought that was not allowed. They may have changed that rule. One can only assume in real time viewing the ref didn't judge it to be a red card but viewed in slo mo for a couple of days it does.
He gave the Sterling one because he knew full well that he docked up the Kolarov one. They always try and even out crap decisions. There is a lot of confusion in how this agenda works against us. After Stoke the Sterling pen was evidence yet the Kolorov foul was surprisingly overlooked.
Maybe we've just accepted the charge and the 3 match ban cause his injury will keep him out that long, the deadline was 6pm so maybe we're not contesting itAnything defo on his injury?
Yes and that is the point. He clearly saw it then claimed he didn't so why are they allowed to review it?So did the ref say he didn't see anything then?
In real time he could quite easily have missed the offence. If the ref has been asked to view the video retrospectively and then make a judgement its highly likely.
Don't get me started on that twat. He gave West ham at least two dubious throw in calls whilst we were in a dangerous attacking position too.And while all this is going on, Assistant Referee Simon Beck has made yet another bad offside call against us, following his two shockers at White Hart Lane last season. Somehow, a man who couldn't spot that Kyle Walker was feet offside, believes that Sergio Aguero is offside when he isn't.
Now if we're talking bent....
Now this one I'm much more bothered about. Not that I've any evidence that he's bent, but a linesman should NEVER give offside when a player isn't, as any doubt must go in favour of the attacker. And while all this is going on, Assistant Referee Simon Beck has made yet another bad offside call against us, following his two shockers at White Hart Lane last season. Fuck me can't see how we are going to win this, but there you go,if they reject his appeal will it be four game ban? Anyhow fair play if they think they can win this, the uproar it would cause if aguero did win the appeal especially from rags haha..Appealed says sky
City are set to contest Sergio Aguero's violent conduct charge, and it will go to a hearing. [@andyhampson]
Brilliant news. Video evidence etc will show what a witch hunt there has been. Yellow card at worstAppealed says sky

And there it is. Absolutely spot on. He has lied through his back teeth. Can't absolve Sergio of responsibility, it was reckless and could have cost us 2 points at least and, having watched it retrospectively, Mariner may feel as though he misjudged the situation. But Mariner is an experienced, reasonably well paid, full time professional referee and making accurate and fair decisions on real time incidents during a game is one of his prime job requirements and, as such, I cannot believe he did not see that incident. It wasn't off the ball and he had a clear, unobstructed view, the fact that he, the FA, the media and whoever else think he made the wrong call at the time doesn't give the FA the right, under the current rules to reappraise it.
