I realise as Jim says we have no choice but to release them for internationals, but with our appalling record with injuries the last few years and especially this season it's awful news. Those rag turds have always pulled players from the England team for no reason and got away with it. I simply cannot believe we have let Kompany and Aguero travel.

Like komps we can let them attend, however who would compensate his wages or thw club if he injures himself playing against his clubs wishes. What if they in doing so cost us the title. We have all the risk here.
Most of the coaches are only interested in self preservation here.

A lot are calling for tougher stance with Argentinian FA but that would only work against us. As much as he seems to love playing for us, we wouldn't win that showdown.

In fact my worry is that the more we try to argue our corner, evidence the injury risk with all that travel, the more likely he will be to return to his homeland earlier than the 4 years he has said to cut all these injuries out.
