Just in case it's of any use, the ringtone I made yesterday cuts out a bit of the commentary silence and the part about the news being heard at Sunderland, so the later parts fit within the 30 seconds, right up to the word 'Stupendous!'.

Link for the m4r (iphone):
<a class="postlink" href="http://www5.zippyshare.com/v/48103505/file.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www5.zippyshare.com/v/48103505/file.html</a>

Link for the mp3 (others):
<a class="postlink" href="http://www5.zippyshare.com/v/1826340/file.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www5.zippyshare.com/v/1826340/file.html</a>

For anyone having issues with iphone or syncing, you should just be able to download the m4r version, then once imported into iTunes it should appear in your 'Ringtones' section on the left.
Then when your iPhone is plugged in and shows up under 'Devices' on the left, just drag the Aguero.m4r file from the main window over to your iphone device and it will just copy it in about a millisecond.
Then after on your phone, just go to Settings >> Sounds >> Ringtone and select Aguero. Job done.

Any non-iphone users obviously need the mp3 file instead of the m4r file.

Hope this helps - just reply if stuck.

Anyone got one from Merson? THERES A CHANCE THERES A CHANCE! AGUEERROOOO

you can make anyone you want by....

1. going to <a class="postlink" href="http://www.flv2mp3.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.flv2mp3.com/</a>
2. copy + paste the address of the youtube video you want the audio from ,this website will rip the audio from the video and make it into a saveable file for PC
3.use any of the methods mentioned previously to get onto phone

Can't believe how easy that is, cheers for that tip :)

Here's another way to make ANYTHING YOU CAN RECORD into a ringtone on your iPhone:

Voice Memo

Trim your memo as necessary, and then email it to yourself for the quick extension trick that converts your recording into a ringtone.

You can use the Voice Memo app to make short recordings for yourself. But you can also use it to create custom ringtones, with relatively little effort. Fire up the Voice Memos app and record your new ringtone (and remember, you can use your ringtones for other audio alerts besides incoming phone calls).

Once you’ve finished recording your masterpiece, email it to yourself: Tap the list button at the bottom right corner to get to your list of memos. If you want to trim the recording, tap the right arrow to get to the Info screen and then tap Trim Memo. Once you’re content with your recording, tap the Share button, and then Email.

Download the recording on your Mac. It will sport the .m4a extension. Rename the file to so that it instead ends with .m4r. Double-click your new .m4r file, or drag it onto iTunes, and the software will now recognize it as a ringtone, which you can in turn sync back to your iPhone.
