Still not been explained why 5 or 6 of our players weren't booked when they joined him in the crowd.
Probably be coming retrospectively lol! Perhaps the letter of their absurd law states " Goalscorer"

Because there is nothing in Law 12 that stipulates a booking for celebrating a goal unless you stand on the perimeter fence or actually go into the crowd beyond the fence. As no one, Sterling included, did either of those things then there was no need to issue a yellow card to anyone.Still not been explained why 5 or 6 of our players weren't booked when they joined him in the crowd.
This is the defence I would be using. I only entered the pitch for my own safety as the surge of the crowd came down. Without my actions I could have found myself in a very serious and dangerous situation I felt for my life
Correct. My understanding is that it is the goal scorer is has to be booked. In theory had Raheem stayed ten yards from the touch line and everyone else went into the crowd then that is ok. Meanwhile he went no nearer the crowd than Daniel did when he scored his worldy. Difference us that their fans didn't hop over the hoardings. Raheem did not go into the crowd quite the oppositeProbably be coming retrospectively lol! Perhaps the letter of their absurd law states " Goalscorer"

It was a very small wall that could easily be hopped over plus every few yards there were gaps where the stewards stood that you could just walk through. How did the fans get onto the pitch? It didn't seem that they were jumping over fences. It just semed that the crowd surged to front and ended up on the pitch. What sort of barrier did they get over or through?
I noticed that also, you can clearly see an hand/arm grab Ferns shirt and forcefully pull him back as he was moving away. I've been re-running in slowmo to try and see who it was and though difficult, I reckon it was the same steward. Maybe a re-look at the video evidence made Bournemouth and the Police back off as they could end up facing a charge of assault on a opposition player. Just a thoughtThis steward looks to be the same guy who drags Fenandinho back by his shirt, pulling him over. You can see it on MOTD just as Shearer has finished talking
