Maybe Mancini wants to buy him to give his best friend some funds for transfers. And is buying his worst player for overprice.

That doesn't actually happen in real life......it does worry me a bit tho, that Mancini didn't try to buy him when he was manager of Inter, he was a more exciting prospect back then...

Before anyone criticises me for no trusting Mancini, I have said countless times that I do....

but if really mancini want cerci i dont doubt he know what is buying coz fiorentina manager is mihailovic , mancini's former team mate former player and former assistent and current best friend (even ATM they are together in sardinia , with salsano and marcolin too) . so you can say mancini know even how many times per day cerci has pissed in the last year.

4-5 signings and 1 of them will be this guy? I doubt it. Where is the quality?

you dont sign quality with £6m mate. at the best you sign potential or strengh in depth

Absolutely. Despite his clear shortcomings especially when starting games I don't think any of us can say we weren't genuinely surprised by how effective Adam Johnson can be. What if he's being bought just under the proviso of a backup fast pair of legs to come on against tired fullbacks? Or another option when trying to break down a team? Or just another option for something Mancini has thought of and we haven't because he's the one paid to think about this kind of stuff? :p

Even if he's only as good as Johnson, I'm not going to sniff at having two of them around. Especially if it keeps them both on their toes.

Just what we need possibly 4 or 5 good squad players.We have 9 points to make up on the Rags this year. I am Blue to the core but I honestly believe City were the best side in all three derbies last season. The reason the Rags won the league was they had a greater pool of good players to pull on than us. Plus they won 18 out of 19 home games.
