Cerci is shite.
be honest have u ever seen him play

Yes. And half my family live in Italy and are astounded that we are even considering this guy (if the press are to be believed). Hes not even close to being regarded as one of the best players in Italy. We should only be signing top quality players, wedont need squad players who can "do a job" because if we do we shouldnt be selling the likes of SWP who has made it clear he'd be happy to stay and be part of the squad.

Manchester City re-open talks with Fiorentina over winger

Manchester City have re-opened negotiations with Fiorentina over the £5m signing of Alessio Cerci.
The winger, 24, has been strongly linked with Roberto Mancini's side and a deal looked set to go through earlier in the summer, but the move never materialised.
But reports in Italy are now suggesting that talks between the two clubs have started once again and City are set to increase their offer as they look to finalise his signature.
Cerci is rated one of the best wingers in Serie A and Mancini is hoping he can add even more competition to his midfield as they look to have a successful season in both the Premier League and Champions League.
The Italian is hoping to land a four-year deal and will double his wages if he make a move to the Etihad Stadium.
A Fiorentina source said: "We are optimistic and hope a deal can be agreed in the next week."

I'll bet they are. Distinctly underwelming and pointless acquisition if it happens.

he had good potential when he was young but is not the player anybody thought he was going to be steer clear ccity

This promises to surpass Vieira (lots of scepticism at the time) and Milner as Mancini's most unpopular signing on BM. ;)

Honestly, I can't see anything Cerci has that Weiss doesn't except a poor attitude, but that may just be me.

it's difficult to see much from Bury sometimes

"He played the end of the last season like a WC winger. Before that he was a miserable POS the firenze crowd booed every match. He mostly benchwarmed for roma IIRC but he was shit hot in like the last 10 matches for fiore or something. He was scoring for fun, had some mean dribbling going on. He was like the ilicic in the first 10 matches he played for palermo. Question is was that just some freak period for him or will have able to repeat his form....... "

From Milan forum.

Laughing at all the "experts" here

He is without a doubt a better option than Milner so i'll gladly take him
