We looked a very different team when he came on, great talent and amazing energy, has to play every game when fit.
KDB Rodri and Bernardo is a very good midfield, Gundo to replace Rodri when needed, the problem is we have no replacements for KDB or Bernardo.
No replacement for KDB or Bernardo... what about Foden? Or have you given up on him after one average performance.

Wow, Foden does more chasing down than most he win loads of balls, plays simple but will also try to create. I cant believe people think hes just an attacking player
In the few games before his injury he looked a superb crosser of the ball and pretty dynamic on the left. Don't remember his defensive qualities being tested too much though in those few games.To be fair how do we now he was a top player?
Yes he looked very good at Monaco but we will never know how good he was because of the injuries.
He looks clueless to me in terms of reading the game and sensing danger, is that because of injury or is he just not very good?

David Silva would not let this happen. He would retain possession and slow down the game. Foden is not this kind of player and he cannot do it.

Gundo/Rodri and Fern cannot play together, for me it's one of the 3 that play, that leaves KBD and Bernardo, not enough.

Spoilt modern football fans. Just want more and more shiny new toys. Liverpool won the premier league last season; who were their back up players at FB and CF? Bayern won the CL; who was their back up CF if Lewandoski got injured? Stick to fantasy football
Foden just had an off game - passes went astray and his decision making wasn't great. He definitely has the ability to play that role.
On Telles - personally we just need someone to challenge Mendy. He showed good signs going forward but his passes were awful. He then was rinsed defensively and makes daft decisions. Same with Walker.

you mention Bayern and Liverpool - see my previous post. Who are their back up players at CF? And for Liverpool FB’s? As I said too many fantasy football experts on here.

This is a Bielsa team they run and press and make it frantic, they all teams will have problems against Leeds. Silva would not have been given any time to slow it down. It always makes me laugh when people think everything is within our control and the opposition performance tactics have no bearing.
