The murderers will piss the league again this season ffs
When they do 3 on the trot (and I think they well might) I await the media saying how dull it is and how it’s a farmers league! The murderers will piss the league again this season ffs
True but they still haven’t beaten us yet in a title race and they know it. And it pisses them off too.The murderers will piss the league again this season ffs
It’s without doubt where we have gone wrong over the last 2/3 years. When they do 3 on the trot (and I think they well might) I await the media saying how dull it is and how it’s a farmers league!
One thing I will say though is, unlike us, they look like they’re buying players to go straight into the first team, which is, perhaps, where we’ve been going wrong recently.

I hope Newcastle check the notes aren’t photocopied or covered in that anti-robbery inkThe Scousers are saying Newcastle got done as they wanted £150mill for Isak
Forgetting on purpose, and ignoring the fact that Liverpool have paid £130mill for him and broken another PL transfer record.
Honestly, the spin and narrative from their lying fan base knows no bounds.
Correct. Between our failed 3 years in the transfer market and pep insisting he was happy with squad is comical. It’s now taken the foot off the neck of the bully and set us back years. When they do 3 on the trot (and I think they well might) I await the media saying how dull it is and how it’s a farmers league!

I think Donnarumma is.You don't think Ait-Nouri, Reijnders, Cherki & Donnarumma are first team players?
Not ones who are better than the players they’re replacing no.You don't think Ait-Nouri, Reijnders, Cherki & Donnarumma are first team players?

They’ve done what the rags used to do. Buy better when you’re already on top.Correct. Between our failed 3 years in the transfer market and pep insisting he was happy with squad is comical. It’s now taken the foot off the neck of the bully and set us back years.

Ait-Nouri? Never on anyone’s radar before he signed and he plays in a position we don't have a player for.
Reijnders? 27 years and old and I’ve never heard of him. Not seen him in the last 2 games (not a reasonable snapshot admittedly) but Kovacic will replace him when he’s fit.
Cherki? Hopefully, but didn’t start the first game and, with Pep, who knows.
Perhaps I should have phrased it differently? That's expanding it somewhat, isn't it.

Although I’m a rabid City fan, I like to think I can be objective as well.
When the BBC/Sky/Newspapers do their ‘combined XI’ nonsense whenever there’s a big game on, I used to regularly pick 9/10 City players. Sort of, who, in their team, would I want?
I think it’d be a struggle to get 3 in this season, when pitted against Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea.
Bernado, Gundo and KDB. Replaced by Cherki, Reijnders and Kovacic. Plus the disaster signings for about £150m of Phillips, Nunes and Nico. A left back who can’t defend and no Walker replacement. Wonder why we’ve fallen off a cliff! The keeper might be good but we’ll still miss Ederson for that left peg.I disagree. But that wasn't really part of the claim I was responding to.
