The so called CCJ against Johnson is from an allegation of defamation of an anti vax nutter who regularly takes legal action against various members of the government.

It’s bollocks as Johnson has never referenced this nutter and as it is entirely without merit it should have been scrubbed. She is called Yvonne Hobbs and she launches multiple county court actions against all sorts of public figures and organisations.

The background as to the who/what/when/why is coming out as the story develops but that does of course give the press more sunshine in which to make hay and it begs the question what was going on at number 10? Who on the staff should have picked up on the correspondence they WILL have received from the courts telling them of the action and the results?

Its not an error on the part of the system its the exceptionalism at the top which chose to ignore what was happening and it will go away but it didn't. Had Private Eye not report this originally we could have had bailiffs calling on number 10.
