A CCJ can only be awarded for an unpaid financial debt.

According to the BBC, it's what happens when someone applies to what was the small claims court, and the accused party don't reply to the papers sent to them. As no defence is offered, the claim is upheld initially.

As someone said earlier, the bafflement is not that the claim got put in and has now been thrown out, but that it was completely ignored for 6 months. At best, it's negligent, at worst it's contempt for the system.

but ....but....but you said it was all bollocks .........how do you cancel a court judgement that doesn't exist? Why are his lawyers trying to cancel a non-existent judgement ? And if reporting its existence was all bollocks why are you posting a news report that must be bollocks as its about something that doesn't exist?

I never said it didn't exist. I did say it was all bollocks, which it is. Why would I claim it didn't exist when I stated that it was a defamation accusation by an anti vaxer named Yvonne Hobbs.

You seem to be tying yourself up in knots rather than graciously accepting that it is bollocks.
