How is she?
My understanding from listening to a lawyer a couple of days ago is that once she finds that something illegal has occurred, then she is obligated to step aside in case her investigations prejudices a possible future police investigation. Pretty obvious to everyone that a least one party occurred and this was illegal. Also my understanding is that Johnson has the final say on the final wording and timing of her inquiry. To my mind, accepting such a task alone loses her some credibility. I accept you may think otherwise?
