I wonder.
Johnson was asked in the Commons whether he could confirm that there was a party on 13 November. He answered "no"

I half expect him to state that "no" did not mean "there was no party" but instead "no, I'm not going to confirm it".

In some ways, I'm really hoping he tries that line because it will go down appallingly.

Johnson to speak about the report after PMQs.

37 pages doesn't sound like it's very long, the pictures may be interesting.

Johnson: I'm here to correct the parliamentary record. I did attend Downing Street work events on (Insert dates) and apologise for any misleading information I may have gave at to the house at the time. I believe this matter is now closed and I will continue my government's work to build back better. Starting with the chancellor statement tommorow announcing measures to help with the cost of living crisis. Which shows we are the party that will leave no one behind and works hard to get the job done over parliamentary bubble tittle tattle!

(Here! Here!)

Speaker: Leader of the opposition!

Starmer: The Prime Minister has been caught bang to rights. Himself, his chancellor and other members of his party were shamelessly partying whilst the country was lockdown. People couldn't say goodbye to their loved ones. Yet the Prime Minister didn't care. Whilst we danced with death he danced to Dancing Queen. The worst thing about this whole sordid affair is he's only apologising not because he's feeling guilty, but because he's been caught. There's only one thing he can do now. And that's resign!

(Here! Here!)

Johnson: *Mumbles* You see the opposition is more concerned with playing party politics over working to ease the cost of living crisis, increase hospitals and support our friends in Ukraine. He shouldn't comment on my guilt until he's found not guilty of his curry night in the North East!

Nothing will happen and he’ll keep his job. I’ve given up expecting anything from this government. It’s rotten to the core.

Pretty much, but I’d say the whole Conservative party in parliament. What they’re allowing to happen to the fundamentals of our parliamentary standards is just completely unforgivable.
