would Johnson sue the Cabinet Office? Thats Simon Case - they guy who had his back for so long - covered for Partygate - helped in his £800k loan facility !!!!?? Case not only knows where the bodies are buried he buried a lot of them personally.

In reality I don't doubt it would cross his mind to sue because his levels of personal entitlement is off the charts but I am sure he will be reminded that Case - if wronged - could break him with the revelation of the info he has on Johnson and Case has a track record worthy of Machiavelli

Another Bannon line being parroting my Me Logic on GBeebies today.

I hope he's stupid enough to sue. The fall out for him would be difficult to re cork.

"I think he honestly believes it is churlish of us not to regard him as an exception, one who should be free of the network of obligations which binds everyone else."

Johnson’s housemaster at Eton, 1982.
"Probably the worst scholar Eton ever sent us - a buffoon and an idler" - Oswyn Murray, Johnson's tutor at Balliol College, Oxford.

The idea he could sue is total BS. How can you sue someone for passing information to the police? Information you have every right to be on possession of and where passing information to the police is just doing your job.

BJ is just angry he has been caught again and has to explain himself just as he thought he might be able to gain some political ground. He can't accept the timing. He sees Rishy having a hard time and just assumes someone is working against him because obviously he thinks it's a matter of time before he gets a shot at being PM again.

He's flailing without getting advice, I agree, and playing to his gallery who will then twist it and blame Sunak.

It was made clear yesterday that the lawyers were required to pass on the evidence.

Chris Mason is sticking the boot in on BBC

“As for Mr Johnson himself, will we hear from him in Parliament today, defending himself?
We won't.
He is part of what is described as a "power-packed line up" at the Scale Global Summit in Las Vegas, which I hazard a guess is a more lucrative venture than a day on the green benches in Westminster.”
