It should actually be possible under current laws. He just needs to be convicted of one of his crimes and get 12 months imprisonment. After that he can have his UK citizenship stripped due to him having an alternative because of his country of birth, meaning he wouldn’t be made stateless.Can we deport this **** back to USofA. Yes, the point is that he is entitled to citizenship there which is all that’s needed to prevent someone becoming stateless.He isn't a citizen anymore, (he gave it up to stop paying taxes on capital gains from property, but would have probably been forced into it as PM) but I think because he can reapply for it that your point still stands.
