I'm always torn between having an incompetent Tory and a competent one. Because obviously having the country run by a competent leader is a good thing, but the Tories' policies are often so awful that it's better if they choose someone who's incapable of delivering them properly.

Whilst persons with those attributes will undoubtedly be attracted to the Tory Party, I don't believe it's fair to tar them all with that brush. Many are just old and daft, and some joined the party at a time when it wasn't in the grip of the types you mentioned and are presumably are not particularly happy with the direction the party has taken, an example being supporters of MPs like Ken Clarke. There's no doubt that they're outnumbered by the old, daft and selfish ones though.

I don't mind Ken Clarke and a few others like Dominic Grieve who do seem to have at least a shred of decency. But its that majority of them that are just plain old cunts which attracts the likes of what they are.

Still not quite sunk in yet what we have as our PM even the evil nasty woman Thatcher would be spinning in her grave over this one. But the tories totally imploding over this, he might just be a blessing in disguise.

If Boris becomes PM today I firmly believe this is the Day that Great Britain becomes Great again. Our best pm hope since Churchill. Despite valiant efforts by Lady Thatcher and David Cameron, Boris with the aid of Jacob Rees Mogg truly can drive this country forward to another level.

I am hugely optimistic.

Only downside is that my Boris for PM hoody becomes slightly out of fashion.
