I honestly think tht if you had a referendum and the choices were WTO or the current "May Deal" then the nation would vote WTO... it's all irrelevant as it is unlikely to be put back to the public is it

Why? Not why do you think that but what are the benefits to the country of going to the WTO? We would still need to negotiate a trade deal with the EU(from an extremely weak position), Canda etc. Also, it's not just about trade. There are other issues that would need to be considered. There is absolutely no benefit to this country of tearing up 40 years would of agreements on citizen rights', trade, environment standards, travel, aviation etc

The guy is an absolute royal buffoon. He stutters like fucking Zippy on Rainbow. Is he the best out there?
Everything you say is correct, but amazingly he wouldn't be the last person in Westminster that I would vote for. Depressing, isn't it.

(Wasn't it George that stuttered?)

Why is it in name only?

Can you explain to me how the Withdrawal Agreement is the same as remaining?

Who founded the country and what risks did they take?

You’ve been told by other posters why a No Deal Brexit would be highly detrimental to our industries and economy. This isn’t guessing, the guy who founded WTO regulations said he cannot fathom why we’d even consider it.
I can't even summon the energy to reply... we'll end up in a formal agreement with the EU which is closely linked to what we have today so what is (was) the point....

Then pray tell, why the fuck did the electorate vote to leave?

If only the Captain had shown more 'energy' and 'belief' the ship would have arrived at its destination, surely.....
I think the problem was that they knew about the iceberg but ploughed on at full speed. Come what may. But Boris always did say Brexit would be a Titanic success.

A working man on 80k with 3 kids should not be paying 40% of his earnings over 45 or 50k or whatever the current threshold is. It is a joke and oppressing hard work and achievement.

I would prefer to concentrate on the guy with 3 kids earning 18k to start with. The tax system needs reform but there we go.

What happens if there’s a GE which the Conservatives win but Boris loses his seat? Very possible after his big majority has slipped considerably in the last couple of elections.

When people say that I tend to believe they would reply if they had a sufficient one.
