Alexandole Boris de Pfeffel Johnson

Some people on here - and forgive me if I am mistaken but you seem to be one of them - have a complete lack of understanding of what the word "lie" means.

And a total inability to understand that failing to deliver something does not mean you lied when you said you'd deliver it.

Saying you'll eliminate tuition fees (and believing that you would do so) but failing to do so, is NOT a lie. It may be a failing, but it is not a lie.

Saying we give the EU £350m a week when you know that to be untrue is a lie.

The two are distinctly different.

Nick clegg and the Lib Dem’s are going to be shitting it about tuition fees

Perfectly summed up.

Haha it’s as though Boris is some innocent bystander in all of this and he’s being screwed over for doing nothing wrong.

The man is the biggest snake in the country and lied to millions of people so blatantly this time, a judge has put it through to court.

I can’t be impartial on this as a leaver and obviously by default a rabid Boris fan, I suggest you wait to discuss it with the OP of this very thread he will more than likely have no baggage to bring to the table.

While we are waiting at what point did you realise that the figure was incorrect and can you point me in the direction of all the threads you have asked for legal action to be taken against a lying politician.

Are you referring to misconduct in public office, or the right for anyone to bring a prosecution, both of which have been around for over five hundred years?

In what way has the world ‘gone’ mad?

How many times has it been used to prosecute a sitting MP for telling a lie?

He lied to go to war.

Campbell who helped him write the lies did so to enable us to go to war.

Im not advocating criminal charges against them here btw but fucking come on!

You want a man prosecuted and possibly jailed over a number on the side of a bus yet will defend what Blair did and the cost to human life his lies caused?

Fucking wow!

He’s completely lost the plot, like a lot of people on the remain side. Defending someone who cost the lives of thousands of people because he doesn’t like someone that voted leave and helped leave to win. It’s bizarre

You’re wasting your time. Facts and reason are completely unimportant to them.

Free The Bullingdon 1.

The hysteria about this is remarkable. If he's done nothing wrong, he's not got anything to worry about.

Be good if it happened more often, might make the lying bastards think twice in future.

You need to calm down with the superlatives at the end of your posts, it’s almost ruining the wonderful words you use before them.

Blair and Campbell made mistakes with Iraq and made it too much about the WMD threat - but the removal of Saddam was necessary and parliament voted for it.

Every party was in favour.

You’re welcome to do exactly what this crowd funder has done and try and take them to
Court, you won’t be there first to try and fail to get charges against them (there’s a reason for that).

What are your thoughts on the actual lies?

Nothing is stopping you it him taking out a private prosecution against Tony Blair if you feel he’s lied.

Only a bit of backbone and not feeling like i have to win or be right about everything all the time is stopping me.

This country is down the fucking pan!

A whole new low today this pmsl.

I’m not necessarily for the prosecution - I think it’s a waste of time and money.

I don’t buy the poor Boris rhetoric though, fuck that man and the horse he came in on.

We would have court cases every week then as most politicians have lied and not carried out their promises

Yeah but Blair is a remainer so you know mistakes do happen like

Is that really your argument.... please enlighten me. I’m just too stupid to understand. I am leave voter though and we Just follow Facebook like sheep.

I didn’t say you’re stupid for being a leave voter - that’s a conclusion you’ve reached yourself.

I’m saying you clearly don’t understand the complexity of the Iraq war and whether it was legal or not because you’re regurgitating the same oversimplified biff I always see on Facebook.
