Happily there is some good polling news if you are a genuine Labour Party supporter

Christ. So long as Boris doesn’t open his gob too much, him being elected has just destroyed Labour’s chances next time round if they stay with that muppet Corbyn. I’m quite surprised by these polling results to be honest. Especially as the Tories usually poll worse than they actually perform in GEs.

I’m surprised you’re surprised. I’ve predicted this would happen and there’s more to come as Boris gets his message on the domestic agenda out there.

Puzzled UG, I did change the original graphic after you pointed this out earlier. Are these Deltapoll results on the change Corbyn question not current?

The link you had for them had febs date, maybe I am wrong

The westminster voting intentions thread is most up to date, also britian elects website

Boris’ plan is simple. First he’ll state the situation the country is in is not his fault but he’ll fix this mess. Then he’ll lead us down a no deal Brexit route claiming it’s better than May’s deal and put all the blame on lack of progress on the nasty EU. After the initial economic shock he’ll proclaim the Tories the best party to boost the economy. Probably call Corbyn a communist at some point. The economy will boost around the time of re-election and his populist movement and manifesto will get him re-elected. We’ll probably do some shit trade with the US and Boris will claim it’s brilliant. In four years we’ll still live in a divided society but one that is less equal than now but we’ll get to kick the nasty immigrants from Europe out (whilst opening our arms to immigrants from other places since we need them to clean our streets and serve our coffee) but of course we’ll be “in control” of it.

Literally the only thing that I can see putting a stop to this is if Labour somehow sort their shit out, dump Corbyn, and bring in a pro-EU central leader and reshape the party around sensible central politics which speak to the masses. That seems an unlikely possibility.

So prepare yourselves for years of Boris...
