As for uttering nothing did you not watch the video? Have you been in an induced coma re Raab taking over the public face of Government right now but that the PM is behind the scenes and still running things?
Dont worry, when he goes back in the office he will have his return to work interview done and if he hasn't got all his sick notes ready or has taken too much time off this year he will get a disciplinary.

He has been seriously ill, and a period of recuperation has to follow. He has appointed a deputy, and there is a cabinet. This cannot be helped. And we dont elect a Prime Minister in this country, we elect a party and the leader of that party becomes the PM. Yes Wally we do elect a party , but Boris was elected by conservative Members of that party not by the general public, we then did elect his party to govern as you state . It seems that the role of Prime Minister is just a job then, like any other job in any company governed by human resources and the "rules" in the company handbook.
Its a good job other Prime Ministers in our past decided at a time of crisis they would stand up and put the country first and not take time off when the going got tough and go into extended recuperation .
