The latest line being spun seems to be placing the blame on the ineptitude of the cabinet during Johnson’s spell on the sidelines, it does raise the question of who appointed the cabinet .....

That inconvenient fact will be air brushed out - its a clusterfuck of his making ( see the speech I reported before which basically outlined herd immunity on 3rd Feb ) - he thought he knew better so now its hide away convalescing and let those pillocks Hancock , Raab etc think they are enhancing their profiles when he is just setting up patsies. Absolutely nailed on that the minute it looks like the tide has turned Boris " Lazarus" Johnson will rise, take control and take the plaudits able to see that the blame for mistakes sticks to others. You only need to look at the writing in papers by the likes of Charles Moore and Toby Young how they are lionising him in preparation for the triumphant return. They will then turn their sights on rubbishing any enquiry.

Time for him to resign. He's acted absolutely appallingly during this crisis and he can count himself lucky that he's escaped with his life while so many others haven't.

You are not suggesting he delayed unecessaraly putting us weeks behind and causing untold infections, then did his usual hiding act when it comes to resposibility, then a bit of usual bravado which landed him up getting infected and now not in danger he is gonna hide in his country home till it all blows over.
