Well the first two might mean the difference between our numbers and Germany.
Have you watched Merkel using her scientific background to explain to the German people how the country must reduce infection rates? If you haven’t then I suggest you do and compare and contrast it to what we get fed from Raab, Hancock, Johnson and Patel.
Germany’s industry is a lot stronger than ours and therefore they have been better equipped to manufacture PPE and tests, this isn’t something Merkel has done, she’s merely getting round the golf course better because she’s got more clubs.
Again, that’s not specific, what has she said differently then?

In Germany, just 0.6% of their confirmed coronavirus cases have so far ended up being fatal - the lowest figure amongst any of the most affected countries.
In comparison, in the UK, only people who need medical assistance are being tested and as a result the UK's case fatality rate is much higher, at 4.8%.
