I'm not suggesting this is news but two things are coming out of this:

He really either doesn't understand or care about what ordinary people went through at that time
He absolutely considers himself to be exceptional

Pretty much - he really didn't like Jenkin's question about why leaving do's were okay for no. 10 but not for the country.

Wish they would ask him why they needed all that booze seen in the pictures to say farewell to people bearing in mind it was a work place during a pandemic and indeed why the suitcase of booze was needed whilst drs and nurses werent having boozy end of shift parties to say goodbye to people or to de stress

Surely a responsible person / manager / leader at that time, if they felt it was deemed necessary to have a leaving meeting, would have called the person into his office and praised them and sent out a email to all those necessary recording and documenting that thanks. Absolutely no reason or justification whatsoever to have such a meeting.

If true justice is done he will receive the highest possible punishment. No mitigations whatsoever.
