I was watching her on MSNBC last night ripping into Biden over his climate change policy. She was raging with something very rarely seen in politics. Passion.It's not just that though, is it? You could show 'democracy in action' using establishment politicians and/ or lobbyists.
The wider context of reasoning for 'why' everyday people decide to fight comes into play here(& I DO think this doc could have been more dogmatic in its delivery underpinning their causes).
The documentary focuses on the fight between top and bottom, not left to right, but it doesn't highlight it as much as you'd think.
It just simmers, nicely, in the background.

I find it astounding how some find find her a threat, even on these threads!!
If she's so stupid, she'll come undone herself, like Beto has done!
But, no, people try to tear her down now, yelling and screaming over everything she says.

Nice summary of progress there,and, ironically, the advances you cite have nothing
whatsoever with socialism, as these advances did not come from adopting it, quite the opposite.
I'm also afraid that it's your goodself, and AOC's followers who are in a time loop from the past, as once again,
this bankrupt system, which has proved itself to be so, has never been experienced by her followers, and it's
being presented as a refreshing new philosophy that needs to be tried,but it has, with devastating results.
On a side note, we're discussing this in the wrong thread, AOC has her own, but we've somehow moved over to
another, happy to switch to that.
I find it quite bizarre that you acknowledge that the brave progress, through the very nerve to try.
Yet, in the next breathe denounce the very nerve to even think it!
There are times when a broken clock hits the right time in a given cycle; where everything leads up to that very moment and it's actually the right time.

I didn't know Doel had done something on this, but this vid echoes my own thoughts on the change of our times(you don't to watch it, but a good 5-10 mins are useful).
I love her. I really believe she will put the country firstI can honestly say, this will change hearts and minds.
It's an absolute winner in understanding these candidates are everyday people fighting for everyday people.
