Anyone not entirely happy about the sanchez going to city situation? It seems like a giant fuck you to our youth system and current players we've been developing such as sterling, sane and jesus. He'd obviously improve our team but what would be the point in developing players, seeing them do really well only to replace them anyway

I meant it in a purely footballing term. And I stand by it: give me the choice of City boring their way to the league and any other trophy over dazzling the pants off everyone with sublime footie and winning fuck all and I'll take boredom all day, every day.
