It's going to be entertaining regardless of what happens. Imagine being a gooner and having to deal with this bullshit. hahaha
I wonder what the Arsenal opinion on this is now?
Scenarios: best to worst for Arsenal
1) Extends his Arsenal contract: Likelihood 10%
2) Joins City. They get a replacement. Maybe Mahrez. Likelihood 45%
3) Sees out his contract but announcement mid season, going to a European club. Likelihood 45%
They probably want and expect 3, but in my opinion that's the worst scenario because of the season-long distraction (to the player and fans), and loss of morale.
I am not sure about my likelihoods. Everyone seems to think that we are in for him - but there are no bids. And logically the deal that makes sense is that for Mbappe, not Sanchez (for me anyway).
Been playing too much fifa ?? , Recently signed a new 5 year contract.I´m not sure what is the fee, but Mertens could be a good option. Fast, a lot of movement off the ball, scores goals(scored more than 30 goals this season), plays wide and number 9 and he plays with similar ideas under Sarri. The problem is his age (30) and its not easy to negotiate with Napoli´s president. Felipe Anderson can be an option too. I´m so excited with this new season. Without injuries this would be a serious team to attack the Premier League and probably the Champions League.
Sanchez pulling the old 'pretend i'm sick a few days before I have to go to work so they'll believe me' manoeuvre.
