I just don't believe Wenger would say so explicitly that Sanchez isn't leaving unless he was sure, otherwise he's left looking like an idiot AGAIN.
Surely AW has learned from Van Persie, Nasri and Henry, all of whom he was confident weren't leaving, and all of whom left.
Unless it's a part of his plan to shift the blame onto the player, make them look like the badguy, and take the spotlight off of the fact that Arsenal have no ambition and can't keep hold of their best players.

Sanchez will need to kick up some kinda fuss to go imo, Pep said he doesn't want him to but I doubt he leaves without some kinda force. Media and other teams hate us anyway, not like us being nice to get a player is gonna do out in that sense..
