At first I’ll be honest I was worried the rags would get him and that it would be another RVP where they got the sort of player we needed and won the league. Then I realised we’re unbeaten and 15 points clear and demolishing teams for fun and that the rags are awful

just heard utd have added a free bus pass to the deal! Could be the deal breaker this!

I will be amazed if he goes to utd. arsenal attack far better than utd who just park the big red wagon. If they say he has strops at arsenal he will have a full on break down at utd.

If he was considering this then 5 other clubs would be all over this but they are not and they are not wasting time or embarrassing their club.

I hope we've told Arsenal that every game he's missing from our squad selection until the window closes is going to reduce the offer by a million or so. We're in a position of top dog that we should abuse

That is not him confirming a bid or deal is it though and it’s the same with we have said we won’t pay more than £20M.

Nothing has been said from City, nothing because we never do and today has been nothing but no marks on twitter and media organisations hunting clicks basically making shit up to suit as it invariably always is in the transfer season.

Now I’ve no issue with that and no issue with posters discussing it but when someone makes a statement of fact like the poster who I pulled up did it’s not on when it’s not based on any fact.

Far too many can’t help themselves on here and it leads to shit we have to deal with.
What people don't realise is that all the power is with City and then with Sanchez. We have, if I understand it correctly, already agreed personal terms with Sanchez. If those terms are acceptable to Sanchez and he really wants to play for us and Pep then he will only come to us regardless of what we offer Arsenal, the only question being when, either now or summer. If however his motive is to get as much money as possible then he could go to the rags, or anywhere else, if they are prepared to give Arsenal and Sanchez what they want. IMO we are right to stick to our limits and not cave into excessive demands either from Arsenal or Sanchez and leave the ball in Sanchez's court rather than bust a bollock to get him and put the idea into Sanchez's head that he is somehow a special entity rather than a member of a very successful squad whose other members are equally, and in my eyes more valued and respected.
