Agreed. Never said we wouldn't. If we sign Sanchez I believe we'll win the league no question though.

So if he does sign & we dont win it, is it Sanchez' fault? Huge amount of pressure on the player to suggest signing him wins us the league.
It's going to be tough this year, Utd look to of solved their issues in the main & have shown they can find the net. Chelsea will be there, & possibly Liverpool although they'll not win it.
For me it's us or Utd & at present they look the more likely.

Which makes it even more puzzling why he picked both Sanchez and the Ox for the game, the two players who're kicking up a stink and wanting out, why not play 4-4-2 with Lacazette and Wallcot replacing them?......you can see why the Gooners are fuming with Wenger, he's lost the plot.

I think Wenger has done that for a reason. He's basically hung the ox and Sanchez out to dry , knowing they both want out he's stuck them front and centre and knowing they aren't fully committed and knowing he won't get 100% from them there's Wenger get out clause. Lacazette fully fit on the bench for a half fit wanting out sanchez tells you how stubborn the man is.

Tend to agree. It's like he wanted the world to notice how they are not committed to the cause thus offering an easy excuse for him when he announces he is leaving

I actually think yesterday was a very deliberate action from Wenger and those above him to be honest mate and they now have the excuses needed to sell them on.

I think he is a great player and finisher. (he is also able to miss as well as ours do too). I do not believe for one moment that us signing him wins us anything other than enhancement of our chances

Like i say he's lost the plot, all it's done has handed Sanchez an even easier route to get out, even the fans are saying they don't blame him for leaving so transfer request or not he'll get a free ride out of the Emirates with Wenger being the bad boy, pure madness to pick him under the circumstances?
