Whatever his thinking it's totally backfired and made it an easy exit for him

Dont think he will go anywhere to be honest mate as he has a new, improved 2 year contract so he wont walk and i dont think they will sack either as that will cost them unless there are get outs we dont know about.

This has always been about stage managing the exit of several players and we are witnessing the end game.

Sad thing is it takes Arsenal fans for fools, which they are not and id be fucking fuming if the same shit went on with us.

They will have a player on their books who doesn't seem that interested and who will leave for a free next season. I would say they have backed themselves tightly into a corner
They will already know the financial ramifications. That's a decision they will have decided to take - not backing themselves into a corner there. Their decision if so. If he decides not to perform for a season, then yeah, they've messed up big time. But if they keep him and he performs, then no, they haven't backed themselves into a corner.

The game and it's governance doesn't take fans for fools, it just ignores them unless they are tipping up loot by the sackful.

I think Wenger has done that for a reason. He's basically hung the ox and Sanchez out to dry , knowing they both want out he's stuck them front and centre and knowing they aren't fully committed and knowing he won't get 100% from them there's Wenger get out clause. Lacazette fully fit on the bench for a half fit wanting out sanchez tells you how stubborn the man is.
In my opinion I don't think any manager would sacrifice 3 points and the clubs reputation just to "prove a point", he fucked up big time with the selection and it's backfired. If your thoughts was his intention then why didn't he pick Mustafi who also wants out?

He Mustafi ssues.

Cannot see this getting completed. Apparently he's gone to Chile now also. I know medicals can be done abroad but time is certainly running out.

Wenger has totally lost it. He played 3 at the back against the quickest wide forwards in the Premier League and dropped Lacazette and Giroud against a defence that struggles with crosses. And also played other players out of position. First game for Sanchez but he looked well off the pace. I feel we are in for yesterday's man and it would be a really bad decision to buy him when Aguero is also struggling with the same issues. The other aspect of Sanchez's game at Arsenal was that he was played as a deep forward in the Silva, De Bruyne position. We do not need another player in that position. We could do with an out and out forward but Sanchez has reached the age where he is dropping deeper to find space. Of the forwards we are linked with, Aubameyang suits us better, but I'd be very surprised if Dortmund sold him having sold Dembele.

So in the space of a week, you've now said Messi is past it and now Sanchez as well.

One is the best player of all time and last season's top scorer in Europe and the other is one of the best players in the world. The latter of which had no pre season and played his first minutes of the season yesterday.

You worry me, Marv.
