There is no way city would be stupid enough to offer a young, yet to fully develop English player plus a wedge of cash for a 29 year old who can sign for free in a few months.

If by some fluke it were to happen then whomever signed off on the deal (and that would have to include Pep) should be dismissed the very same day.
