Not sure it's just paper talk. Truth is....it will definitely be a challenge to keep all of our forwards happy,

We need to play at least 3 of Aguero/Sane/Sanchez/Sterling/Jesus all the time. And even then....it might not guarantee everyone enough playing time to keep them all happy. If they stay fit, that is.

There are downsides too in stockpiling your squad with attacking talent.

Firstly, it doesn't bear thinking about. Secondly, he is pretty much priceless! Thirdly, were he to go anywhere he would be back to 30+ goals a season! Pep needs to get his head sorted out with Aguero, and a transfer is not part of my equation!

And as for Sanchez and Sterling - I much prefer a young talented twenty-odd year old to an old talented twenty-odd year old. I cannot see Sanchez being the piece of the jigsaw that makes the picture complete. If we are going for two complete teams with every position covered, just how much of the covering is being done by The Academy? I'm just a little pessimistic this morning re this deal!
There are a lot of similarities between the two players. Both loved by their supporters and rightly so but mostly for what they have done in the past rather than for any genuine expectation of what they are going to do in the future. Aguero's goal output is going to drop, but we have the solution in our ranks. I think Jesus, Sane and B Silva would terrify Premier League defences. And Aguero will get plenty of games too.

If Sanchez arrives for cash only then it's good. Adds to our options but I'm not convinced that sanchez is the player he was when Arsenal bought him from Barcelona. A team of our resources and stature could perhaps wait until next season and add next season's Mbappe whoever that might be. What we have got now is good enough in my opinion to see us through. I'd quite like us to win this transfer battle because it will make a lot of blues happy, but long term I think there will be better options. Guardiola wants re-insurance, belts and braces in what is a vital season for him.

If Sanchez arrival puts Kun under pressure...Great...something he has needed for a long time.

We can't loose, Sanchez in and Kun motivated and fired up

He's a better player now than he was when Arsenal bought him, he's bang in his peak at the moment and has three years PL experience too.
