He won't be asking that much wages from city. All hypothesis. It is rather amusing to see Arsenal in a situation where they are trying to secure the player through money, whereas the best footballing offers seem to be from Bayern and City. Wenger will have to decide if he wants to risk retaining Sanchez in his final year. Could be a really difficult situation to manage. I think Wenger will probably accept that he needs to sell him in the best interests of Arsenal but it's far from clear.
 
This is moving into a situation where they've basically got almost no margin for manoeuvre. Who wants to keep a sulking player for a year who, furthermore, is going to go for nothing at the end of it? Honestly? And if that report is true, who is going to pay that kind of weekly wage to any player other than Messi?
No, really, the best way out for Wenger is that he accepts the inevitable, gets Lacazette (who, make no mistake, is a bloody good player, even if he isn't Sanchez), and just accepts the backlash.

I think it is clear in that he will leave else they have a whole season issue

If anyone thinks if he comes we going to pay him over 400k a week are in cloud cuckoo land he be on par with Aguero at best.
 
I reckon Arsenal will keep him and he'll sign a contract before going for huge money next summer. It's a world cup next year and the threat of not playing all season will force him to sign it. Pretty much what the rags did to DeGea before the last euros. If Arsenal allow us to sign him then there is no coming back for them. They'll be a laughing stock.

It won't affect his international prospects one bit if he doesn't play a game next season.
