FFS, Gundogan had ONE poor game

I don’t think - and didn’t say - he had a poor game. I just think he pulls out of clashes at the last split second which means he comes off second best thus slowing down the move. After so many serious injuries it’s understandable & hopefully he can get back to what he was. He’s brilliant in space but a bit timid in battle IMHO. However - as you say, it might be temporary. I hope so.

Kun going nowhere- but I’m afraid Gundogan is not the midfielder we thought he was going to be & Sanchez gives us options & the chance to rest the top players
You should watch Gundogan more. Even in his less ball touching approach, his actions are almost always key.

Just watch the highlights for last game. Notice how many key moments involved Ilkay.

ThAt the thing. He actually didn't have a poor game

He really did. He also had poor games in the cup games.

He needs games, and I think he'll get another against West Ham and possibly Shaktar, so hopefully that will be enough for him and Bernardo Silva to get up to speed, because right now for all their talent and skill, the team performance has dropped with either of them in there.
