Alexis Sanchez

Sane is the guy most at risk, Sanchez operates more on the left and Sane isn't matching his early season form at the moment.
Sané is at no risk, he's going to be a fucking world beater. Could use someone to rotate with though.

I both want and don't want Sanchez in January, Im worried sane or sterling could burn out if over played and I'm a big fan of Sanchez's talents, but I am also thinking would he disrupt squad harmony or would sane or sterling if their first team action was reduced.
I've never understood this 'disrupt squad harmony' thing. Any player who knocks on the manager's door because a new player who plays his position is brought in to strengthen the squad can fuck off as far as I'm concerned.

If this were allowed to happen, we'd only have a squad of 11 senior players with the rest being made up of academy products.

Players need to realise they'll go a shit load further being a small fish in a big pond, than being the big fish in the small pond. It's all about mentality & looking at the bigger squad picture.

Exactly my thoughts, and I am guessing Peps too.

The only scenario that see’s us not signing him in January is the harmony issue, otherwise I think the club would happily hand over £30m to Arsenal as it could potentially be the difference between us winning the League and European Cup and not.
I really think this could be our year in Europe.

The question is do we really need him what can he offer us that we don't already have. Aguero and Jesus score loads of goals so do Sterling and Sane and both Sterling and sane are incredible wingers.

squad harmony is the go to excuse for those that don't want him, just say you don't want him, don't like him whatever
That's not the case at all, I'm a huge fan and would have made my window if he signed in the summer. It's just the old thing of if it ain't broke don't fix it. The squad in all honesty couldn't be playing much better.

We are on an amazing run, but as Pep would happily tell us, this team CAN play better.
Sane and Sterling are doing fantastically but still developing. Both still make poor decisions at times and miss chances they should put away. Hopefully they will in the future. Sanchez is a warrior, desperate to win and currently a level or two above them both. He would no doubt add to our team.
