Its surprising isn't people not wanting a world class player at his prime at the club. Though i wouldn't say he is better than silva or aguero.
I'd have snatched your hand off to sign Sanchez when he moved to and from barca. Now I think it's legitimate to think about his age, but you also see a similar type of explosive player in Ronaldo still playing at the top level. And you also have to think of the now. Especially a coach who has to win trophies, not build a team for tomorrow. If you want to think of the now, he would be the best player. You should not even have to think about it. The slight doubts I have are that I think his game May start to dip, or change in relatively near future and that we'd also lose a really top player as well from our forward line. They might all stay and fight for a place, but in the medium term I think one will go. Either Sterling or Aguero would likely be pushed out obviously depends whether he signs, and whether the other forwards can raise their game.

Anyone concerned about having too many attacking players should look at Real Madrid's bench in the Champions League final. It's that to which we aspire.
Real Madrid totally dominate their league, they can keep a bigger group of world class players as their players know they can be squad players but be part of a club that wins domestic titles and the Champions League. The Premier league is way way more competitive even if the quality right at the top is currently way off.

How can we drop Sane after he got a tattoo of himself? That's the sort of elite mentality we need
Trust me we aren't going to drop Sané. He will play on the right or left of attack.

Seriously? He is truly world class, big game player and a leader out on the pitch with a great work ethic. Of all the players we are going for he is the one most likely to make a real difference.
It's become necessary to make changes all over the pack but this is going to be the game changer.

Think that point through.

If City's bench was as strong as Madrid's then we'd dominate our league, win domestic titles and the CL.

The age thing isn't a factor at all for me. In fact it's better to go for the more experienced already at top level player considering we have Sane and Sterling still a long way off reaching their top level. Good for them to learn off someone like Sanchez and as they misfire as is natural we have Sanchez to win us the game.

Real Madrid won the league this year for the first time in five years, and I think the vaunted claim of Premier League competitiveness is open to scrutiny.
Real Madrid need a high-quality squad because they are expected to go all the way in tournaments and win them, which necessitates quality players who can be rotated.

i dont thing anyone will be pushed out. Pep has repeatedly stressed that he thinks about the team as a squad and not as a starting 11.

The three selected to play on that particular day against that particular team. Need to get away from thinking there is a best this or that

Wrong. There will almost certainly be a front 3 that plays the large majority. Sterling and Sane are not in it.
