PSG were involved in the summer and it didn't result in what our club saw as prohibitively excessive demands from the player so why would united getting involved produce a different result? Maybe Sanchez has had a complete change of philosophy and has suddenly decided that it is all about the money and fuck the footballing reasons but given that he turned down some great offers in the summer and chose us for footballing reasons, I think I'd rather trust Sanchez rather than journalists on this until proven otherwise.

How the fuck am i acting needy? I couldn't care less whether he comes or not, he's going to be a valuable addition to the squad but we can certainly survive without him if he decides to go elsewhere.

i dont know if its been mentioned on here yet as i have only gone back a few pages, but as Pep has just confirmed, Jesus will be back within 2-3 weeks then the seemingly urgent need to get an extra forward in (sanchez) isnt so urgent anymore?? We could manage for the next few weeks until Jesus comes back.
Maybe thats why we dont seem to be in a rush to complete the deal this month maybe?? And maybe Sanchez is ok to stay at arsenal till the summer? I just dont see him at the scum.

The pressure is back on Arsenal to accept the lower offer now rather than nothing at the end of the season if the news about Jesus is accurate.
