Posted this yesterday and still stand by it.....i dont want him at our club

Sanchez agrees a deal outlined last summer. States strongly we are his choice. January comes around and we may need him due to injury....he being greedy instructs his agent to give united positive signs of a deal being made. Sanchez instigated this so dont fool yourself in thinking united just made an offer...they were given signs from sanchez and his camp

We have a healthy lead at the top of the table, players under Pep who have busted a gut to get us this far already in all competitions. Example - Delph. A player most thought was probably likely to leave has shown his desire and commitment to want to continue playing not only for our club but for the manager

And this greedy twat thinks he can demand the most wage, get his agent a massive pay day, and then waltz into the dressing room and then pick up some medals

Fuck right of Sanchez

And well done our club and making it known by releasing that statement.

So why did he allegedly agree to join us in the summer just gone then ?

If reports are to be believed,he was in Chile, waiting for the green light, and was really excited,so don't think there is any reason to slate him about not being up for rotation,it's the money situation that's fucked this transfer up
City progressed this season. We got better. He's got worse. He now no longer commands a starting place in our team. If he did, we'd pay the money. We briefly considered him as a squad player when Jesus got injured but the cost was ridiculous. That's what I think. He's a huge name in the Premier League for what he has done in the past, but to suggest that he can carry on at that level for years to come is stretching it.

The only thing we did wrong in this deal was announce that we were out. Had we not done that, Utd would have thrown the kitchen sink at it, and thrown even more money at him. The more they pay the better. He improves their squad, but I'd rather they spend ronaldo type money on a 29 year old than on a genuine talent for the future.

Oh definately ignore because it is total bollocks, as the real reason our club stated , just saying that rags are now trying to get their spin doctors to tell a different story

If the rags were putting information out on purpose it would come from Duncan Castles, Ogden, Jackson, Ducker and possibly Luckhurst if they felt like throwing him a bone.

It wouldn't be through some nobody in a paper no one reads.

True...maybe this is sanchez’s camp then under influence from you know who ? Possible ?

I'm starting to get the feeling the club made the right decision. We have 7 players competing for 5 positions (8 if you include Gundogan for No.8 position). Add in Diaz, Foden - we are well stocked anyway.
We probably do need an out and out forward in 12 months because Aguero wont go on forever. He may even want to go to Independiente. But sanchez isn't an out and striker now. I don't think he's played a single game as centre-forward this season. He'll play deeper and deeper as time goes by. Right player at the wrong time.

Only way it might have worked was as a short term cover for injuries, and I think he and we would have been uncomfortable with that.

Still not done though until he's off the market. Sooner he signs for Utd the better as far as I am concerned.

Yea, but it is true.

I don't think Sanchez wants to be fighting for a place. He will be number 1 at Utd or Chelsea. At City, he will be #1/3rd.

The team don't need that dynamic imho.
The only possible place he could play would be David Silva or KDB's role, or as an out and out centre-forward. He'd do for the latter on a short-term basis, but not worth the money, and it would be very short term thinking at 29.

I'm not wanting to cause a further debate, although I'm still unsure as to where he will end up,and I know after reading your posts, you are not arsed about him coming, that's sound with me,but I don't think he has got worse this season,he just simply does not want to be there, plus Arsenal are a bad side all round this season, but has to be professional about his job, games I have seen Arsenal in,I wouldn't say he has downed tools, but it is evident his performances have been below standard, again,to me,down to the fact he don't want to be there.

I think he would/will be a great addition to us,we have all seen his capabilities, but obviously the money situation has now come to the fore, and doubts on the transfer happening to us are now a huge doubt

But that aside, that does not make him a bad player,he will do a job,a good one, wherever he rocks up,of that I'm pretty sure
